Synchronous e-Coaching Workshops

With the availability of today’s turbo-charged technology, we’re able to offer effective facilitator-led, small-group, Coach-the-Coach workshops delivered via online webinar format!

Participants only need a computer with internet connection and speakers or headset. If you don’t have speakers or headsets, you can alternatively use a land-line phone to dial into a conference line.

We teach a simple, 6-Step Coaching process specifically designed to align the coaching efforts of Managers, QA’s and Coaches.  Workshop includes activities, role-plays, feedback, and job aids.

There is a maximum of 6 coaches per workshop, and a minimum of 4 sessions, although the total number of sessions are determined with you at the front end based on your teams’ needs.
